Contractual Relationship
These Terms of Use (“Terms“) govern the access or use by you, either as an individual or a business user (“you”), of certain services provided by Guryoung Ventures (“Guryoung”). The services include a smartphone or other mobile device-based application that allows medical facility owners and employees of small and mid-size businesses to schedule pick-ups of Waste and Recyclable Materials by independent haulers identified by Guryoung (the “Service”). As used in these Terms, “you” refers to you individually and/or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which you are entering into these Terms. If you are using the Services or Application on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you hereby represent and warrant that you are an employee of the company and that you have the legal capacity and authority to bind the company or legal entity to these Terms. Upon any request from Guryoung, you will provide Guryoung with information about the company or legal entity.
