1. Ordering Process
All orders placed with Abavan Apparel are subject to acceptance and availability.
Customers must provide accurate measurements and specifications for their garments. Any inaccuracies may result in alterations at an additional cost.
Orders for custom-tailored garments require a non-refundable deposit, which will be deducted from the final invoice.
2. Payment
Full payment is required upon completion of the garment and before delivery.
We accept payment via cash, mobile money, or electronic transfer.
Prices are inclusive of all applicable any business charges levied to the business unless otherwise stated.
3. Alterations
Minor alterations to the garment are included in the initial price.
Significant alterations requested after delivery may incur additional charges.
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction; however, we reserve the right to determine the feasibility of requested alterations.
4. Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current workload.
We will notify customers of any delays or changes to the estimated delivery date.
Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated to the customer prior to shipment.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-tailored garments unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Customers must notify us of any issues with their order within 48 hours of receiving the garment.
Garments must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached for assessment.
6. Care Instructions
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their garment to ensure longevity and quality. We are not liable for damage caused by improper care, handling, or alteration by third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, and intellectual property rights remain the property of the Abavan Apparel brand.
Customers may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our designs without prior written consent.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the garment purchased.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of our customers and will only use personal information for order fulfillment and communication purposes.
Customer data will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
