Submit an Enterprise Enquiry

Send an email to office@otibeetechnologies.com with the subject "Enterprise Account Enquiry". Include your organisation name, the number of business units you need to manage, your industry, and a brief description of what you want to achieve on OtiBee. We respond within 2 business days.

Needs Assessment

We schedule a call with your team to understand your organisation's structure, the number of units, expected interaction volumes, API requirements, and any custom configuration needs. This shapes your enterprise configuration plan.

Review & Approval

The OtiBee Hive admin team reviews your organisation against our enterprise eligibility criteria: legitimate operation, accurate organisational information, and alignment with OtiBee's platform policies. Approval is typically completed within 5 business days of the needs assessment call.

Account Setup & Configuration

Your enterprise account is provisioned. Business units are created, API keys are issued if applicable, staff roles are configured, and your account is connected to centralised billing. Your dedicated OtiBee contact guides you through the setup.

Team Training & Go Live

We walk your team through the OtiBee platform — how to publish communups, manage Clients Desk interactions, use analytics, and handle the enterprise dashboard. Once your team is comfortable, your enterprise presence goes live on OtiBee.
