OtiBee has four ways to engage with the platform. Browse as a public visitor, interact as a personal user, build your business presence, or manage your organisation at enterprise scale. Here is what each means and how to get started.

Public Access

Explore OtiBee without an account

You do not need to register to browse OtiBee. All business content — communups, eBoards, showrooms, business profiles, and the directory — is publicly accessible. Public access is perfect for anyone who wants to discover businesses, read their updates, and browse their products without any commitment.

What you can do as a public visitor:

  • Browse the communups feed — business news, announcements, promotions
  • View business eBoards, showrooms, and DropBaskets
  • Browse the full business directory and search for businesses
  • View business profiles — team, hours, location, gallery, payment methods
  • Read business reviews and see Hive Scores
  • Browse Clients Desks to see which businesses accept interactions
  • Follow businesses, react, comment, or submit Interacks (requires personal account)
Personal Account

Follow businesses. Interact. Build your hive.

A personal account is for individuals who want to go beyond browsing. Follow the businesses you care about, submit structured interactions through Interacks, leave reviews, and manage your wallet — all in a single dashboard. Free to create.

Enter your name, email address, and a password. Takes under a minute.

Verify your email

Open the verification link we send you. Your account is active immediately after.

Explore and follow businesses

Browse communups, showrooms, and business profiles. Click Follow on any business to add them to your hive. Your hive feed keeps all their updates in one place.

Submit Interacks to businesses

From a business's Clients Desk page, choose your interaction type — inquiry, message, application, appointment, event interest, or order — and submit. It goes straight to the business's dashboard.

Review businesses & manage your wallet

Leave star ratings and reviews. Top up your token wallet for platform interactions. Access everything from your personal dashboard.

Business Account

Build your business presence on OtiBee

A business account gives your organisation a complete public presence on OtiBee — communups, showroom, Clients Desk, and DropBasket — with a dashboard to manage everything and analytics to track your growth. Business accounts require Hive admin approval before going live.

Register at Business Registration

Go to Business Registration. Enter your business name, email address, and password.

Verify your business email

Confirm your email via the verification link we send. Your account then enters the Hive admin review queue.

Hive admin review & approval

The OtiBee Hive admin team reviews your registration to confirm it represents a legitimate business. This typically takes 1–3 business days. You will be notified by email once approved.

Complete your business profile

Add your logo, business description, category, field, location, working hours, gallery, team members, and payment methods. A complete profile is discoverable and credible.

Publish communups & set up your sections

Start posting communups to build your audience. Add showroom items, enable your Clients Desk to receive Interacks, and upload resources to your DropBasket.

Manage interactions & monitor analytics

Respond to incoming Interacks from your Clients Desk. Track engagement, follower growth, and Hive Score trends from your analytics dashboard.

Enterprise Account

OtiBee for large organisations & multi-unit businesses

Enterprise accounts are for organisations that need multiple business units under one umbrella, consolidated analytics, API access, and dedicated support. Onboarding is guided by the OtiBee team — not self-served — to ensure a setup that fits your organisation's structure.

Submit an enquiry

Email office@otibeetechnologies.com with "Enterprise Account Enquiry" in the subject line. Include your organisation name, number of units, industry, and what you want to achieve on OtiBee.

Needs assessment call

We schedule a call to understand your organisation's structure, expected volumes, API needs, and custom requirements.

Review & approval

The Hive admin team reviews your organisation against enterprise eligibility criteria. Approval typically takes up to 5 business days after the call.

Account setup & configuration

Your enterprise account is provisioned — units created, API keys issued, roles configured, billing connected. Your dedicated OtiBee contact guides the setup.

Team training & go live

We walk your team through the platform. Once ready, your enterprise presence goes live on OtiBee.
